AI-powered employee skill search

1Problem: Finding the right colleague for a task meant reading CVs and profiles by hand. Keyword search missed people whose skills were described in different words.
2What I built: A skill-matching platform that reads skills out of CVs and tender documents and ranks matches with hybrid keyword and pgvector search. Answers are grounded in real records, with PII redaction before any model call and EU-only model regions. Designed, built and deployed solo, from spec to a working MVP.
3Result: Working MVP that answers natural-language queries such as "who has shipped a payments integration?" with ranked, explained matches.

Live box counting with computer vision

1Problem: Warehouse teams count boxes as they are loaded onto trucks by hand, which is slow and error-prone at the loading dock.
2What I built: Counted boxes moving through warehouse video using zero-shot YOLO-World detection, so no model training or labelled data was needed, and deployed the pipeline on Hugging Face Spaces for demonstrations.
3Result: Demoed live to a prospective client, who validated the approach for warehouse and logistics use.

VoiceScribe

Voice-to-text transcription app

1Problem: Process knowledge that only existed as someone talking through it had to be typed up by hand before it could be searched, shared or translated.
2What I built: A web app that takes recorded or uploaded speech and returns a structured, bilingual German/English document: Gemini transcribes the audio, the transcript is corrected by hand, and a second pass cleans, structures and translates it against a fixed schema.
3Result: Working demo. The same pipeline generalises to meeting notes and interview transcripts.

Eight GDPR risks that keep showing up in AI-generated apps.
Solves
Apps built quickly with AI assistants ship the same privacy mistakes over and over: fonts embedded from someone else's server, analytics on by default, no privacy notice. This names the eight that matter most, each with why it bites, a two-minute check, and a fix.
The site enforces its own claims mechanically — zero third-party requests, zero cookies, a hash-based CSP with no 'unsafe-inline' for scripts, and a committed scanner that fails the build if any of that stops being true.

Safe starter rules for AI coding agents.
Solves
Claude Code, Cursor and Copilot can delete files, force-push over your work and read your secrets. Answer a few plain-English questions and get a rules file the agent reads plus, for Claude Code, deny and ask rules it cannot override — so it asks before anything risky and stops instead of looping.
Everything runs in the browser: the answers are turned into files locally and nothing is uploaded. No cookies, no analytics, no requests to other sites — and a section on the tool's own limits, with what covers each gap.
